What data we collect and why
Contact and enquiry forms
When you contact us through a form on this site or by email, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email address, company and message) so that we can respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request and taking steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Meeting bookings
If you book a call with us, scheduling is handled by Calendly. Calendly processes the details you enter (name, email, chosen time) under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking details to prepare for and hold the meeting.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type). IP addresses are processed by Google as part of this service. We use this information in aggregate form only, to improve our website and services.
Free browser tools
Our free tools (such as the Batch Watermarker and PDF to Image converter) process your files locally in your browser. The files you select are not uploaded to our servers and we never see their contents.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and analytics cookies set by Google Analytics. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers that make this website and our business work: our hosting provider, Google (analytics), and Calendly (meeting scheduling). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, transfers are protected by safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless a longer retention period is required for contractual or legal reasons. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
