Enquiries and introductory booking
When you contact Xerovi, we receive the name, email address, company information and message you provide. We use these details to respond, discuss requirements and prepare a proposal where requested. The original policy identifies steps before a contract and legitimate interests in responding to enquiries as the relevant bases.
Introductory booking is provided by Calendly. Information you enter there is processed under Calendly’s privacy policy; Xerovi receives the details needed to arrange the meeting.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies support the website. Optional Google Analytics loads after you allow analytics. Cookie preferences in the footer let you change that choice. Motion preferences stay in your browser session.
Optional Google Analytics provides aggregate page, device and location information. Google processes connection information such as IP addresses. Analytics loads after you give consent, and you can change your preference in the footer.
Website utilities and product applications
The watermarker processes selected documents in your browser. The separate PDF workflow can receive data supplied through its connected workflow; its operation should be considered when choosing which information to provide. A statement about local processing in one tool does not describe every connected service.
Tenders AI is a separate product application. Review the information provided in that application when creating an account or using its services.
Service providers and retention
Website hosting, enquiry handling, analytics where enabled and booking providers process information relevant to their service. Provider privacy terms describe their processing and applicable international transfer arrangements.
We retain enquiry information for the period needed to handle the request and relevant business or legal obligations. Analytics retention follows its configured settings. Contact Xerovi if you need information about retention for your enquiry.
Your data protection rights
Depending on the processing and applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact info@xerovi.com to exercise a right or ask a privacy question.
You may also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, Andmekaitse Inspektsioon. The original policy states that rights requests are answered within one month, subject to the conditions of applicable data protection law.
